At 949 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a funnel cloud near Moore Haven, moving northwest at 40 mph. HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Funnel clouds occasionally touch down and produce tornadoes or waterspouts. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Moore Haven, Lakeport, Palmdale, Brighton Seminole Reservation, and Lake Hicpochee.
