.DISCUSSION...

Morning fog will dissipate by 8 AM and plenty of sunshine is
expected today. Wind direction is the main uncertainty today, as a
lake breeze will make its way inland. Light and variable winds are
expected to become easterly by 2 PM but remain less than 8 MPH.
With the very dry air mass in place, afternoon mixing heights may
rise to 5000 ft. Minimum RH of 45% is forecast, but that could
drop closer to 39% this afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (20-30 percent). Areas of dense fog early
                    in the morning.
Temperature.........54 at ignition...Max 75.
RH..................93 percent at ignition...Min 45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds north at 3 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    Light winds becoming southeast 5 to 6 mph late
                    in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......400 ft AGL at ignition...otherwise 4500 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Northwest 5 to 6 mph shifting to the southwest
                    6 to 7 mph late in the afternoon.
