...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN DANE COUNTY THROUGH
545 PM CDT...

At 511 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Mount Horeb, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Madison, Middleton, Waunakee, Monona, Mount Horeb, Cross Plains,
Shorewood Hills, Maple Bluff, Dane, Camp Randall Stadium, Pine Bluff,
Henry Vilas Zoo, and UW-Madison.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 18 between mile markers 66 and 74.
 U.S. Highway 12 between mile markers 249 and 259.
