.DISCUSSION...

Continued rain and thunder chances will last through Memorial Day.
Confidence is increasing that severe weather will be a threat,
with a chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms with strong gusty
damaging winds, possible large hail and a low chance of a
tornado. Then late tonight into Monday morning a line of showers
and storms with damaging straight-line winds as the main threat. A
few tornadoes will also be possible. Dry and slightly more mild
conditions are expected by Tuesday.

                    showers and thunderstorms early in the
