Persistent weather pattern remains in place with night and morning
low clouds and patchy drizzle. Moderate  humidity recoveries over
higher elevations and excellent humidity  recoveries over lower
elevations. The marine layer and clouds will clear back to the coast
each afternoon. Breezy onshore flow will  also persist with the
strongest winds over the higher peaks and  gap or passes.

A consistent cooling trend will kick off today with interior highs
falling back into the 80s. Increasing marine influence will push RH
up slightly even for the driest valleys  with minimum RH around
25 percent. Wind will remain mostly gentle and terrain driven
(afternoon gusts below 15 mph) except near  shore where slightly
stronger northerly winds are expected. Dry  but slightly cooler than
average conditions will continue into the weekend.
