.DISCUSSION...Robust and deep onshore flow continues through
today and Thursday as an upper level trough moves through the
Pacific Northwest. This will keep overnight humidity recovery and
daytime retention high in the 50-60% range. Light winds turn
offshore briefly Friday morning, eroding the marine layer and
allowing daytime RH to fall into the 35-40% range during the late
morning and early afternoon. Winds become northwest by mid-to-late
Friday afternoon as the seabreeze returns, resulting in good RH
recovery Friday night/Saturday morning.
