...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SUFFOLK COUNTY THROUGH 1145 AM
EDT...

At 1049 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Port Jefferson to near Davis Park.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 35 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Riverhead, Centereach, Shirley, Medford, Southold, Manorville, Stony
Brook, Patchogue, Middle Island, Port Jefferson, Wading River, Center
Moriches, Mattituck, Southampton, and Westhampton.
