.DISCUSSION...Dry air aloft will result in moderate recoveries tonight
and again Friday night with low humidity values on Friday. It will be a
little warmer on Friday compared to today. Otherwise, light terrain
driven winds can be expected through Friday evening.  Winds aloft will
increase Friday night and Saturday for an uptick in speeds, mainly along
the ridgetops.
