A weak band of very light showers out west is forecast to weaken before arriving near the burn site; if it does make it, it would arrive around 9:30am to 10am. Otherwise, the morning inversion breaks around 10 am this morning, the seabreeze will arrive with a fairly sudden increase in southeast wind. The southeast winds will peak around mid-day, then decrease some by mid-afternoon. Otherwise, seasonable temperatures and humidity are expected, with good dispersion values starting as soon as the wind picks up. Late tonight, patchy fog is expected. The seabreeze on Friday will have a more gradual arrival from the southwest. .REST OF TODAY...
