...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN NEMAHA...
NORTHWESTERN JACKSON AND SOUTHWESTERN BROWN COUNTIES THROUGH 515 AM
CDT...

At 443 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Corning, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wetmore, Corning, Soldier, Goff, Powhattan, and Woodlawn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for
northeastern Kansas.
