At 428 AM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in Choctaw
and Pushmataha counties in Oklahoma. It was more widespread in
southcentral Oklahoma. Movement was to the southeast at around 25
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around
an inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and early this morning, mostly
sunny, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 62 to
66 degrees and east winds up to 5 mph.
