showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mainly south of I40
and also north of I44. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were
located in Pawnee, Haskell and Latimer counties in Oklahoma.
Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. The average amount where
it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum
amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity
increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this
morning, cloudy, occasional showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 69 to 77 degrees and southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
