Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Pawnee, Haskell and Latimer counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the east at around 15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
