They were most widespread and heaviest in Craig and Ottawa counties in Oklahoma and Carroll county in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of three quarters to around an inch. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last hour.
