.DISCUSSION...Skies will become mostly sunny tonight as showers
end early this morning. Afternoon high temperatures will reach the
60s as minimum relative humidities drop to the 20s and 30s.
Northwest winds at 25-35 mph with gusts to 45-50 mph (locally 60
mph just east of the Black Hills) will decrease to 15-25 mph late
this afternoon.

...LOW FIRE DANGER...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fast moving fire is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions, but should be monitored.

The outlook for Saturday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
