.DISCUSSION...Winds in Morongo Valley will be light and
west-southwesterly this evening before becoming light and
north-northeasterly through the morning and early-afternoon.
Winds will return west-southwesterly Thursday afternoon, but
will remain between 6 and 8 mph. Friday afternoon, winds are
expected to line up with the valley from the southwest, allowing
for speeds between 10 and 15 mph and gusts approaching 30 mph.
Otherwise, clear skies and dry conditions will persist, with
minimum RH between 15 and 20% each afternoon.
