.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions continue through Thursday,
with high temperatures in the upper 80s or low 90s. RH values drop
to 10 percent or less each afternoon. Expect typical, light drainage
winds at night and up-valley winds in the morning. However, breezy
west or northwest winds are forecast to develop in the afternoon
and evening hours. Speeds of 10-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph are
possible with these west/northwest winds. Skies remain mostly sunny.
