A low pressure system and associated frontal boundary will track
across the area later this evening through the day Thursday. Shower
and thunderstorms will spread from west to east during this time.
The chance for strong storms will be confined to area west of the
Missouri River later this evening. Minimum relative humidity values
Thursday afternoon will range from around 35 percent across central
South Dakota to 65 to 70 percent across far northeastern South
Dakota and west central Minnesota.
