* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Yellow River at Necedah.

* WHEN...Until late Saturday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this morning to a crest of 15.5 feet tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.7 feet on 05/10/2012.
