...SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 40 NM...

At 335 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
waterspouts was located 5 NM southeast of Kiawah Reef, moving north
at 60 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  Edisto Sixty Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Edisto Forty Reef, Fripp
  Island Reef, Fripp Island Wreck, Edisto Offshore Reef, Betsy Ross
  Reef, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Kiawah Reef, Deveaux Bank, Fripp
  Inlet Buoy, Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, Saint Helena Sound, Pelican
  Bank and R7 Tower.
