Expect periods of scattered showers and storms today. Isolated severe storms are possible tonight with the greatest threat 8 PM to 2 AM. Large hail up to half dollar size is the main hazard with severe storms but heavy downpours and damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph are secondary hazards. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. An active weather pattern sets up Monday night through Tuesday early evening with several rounds of storms. While uncertainty remains regarding exact timing and location, there will be the possibility of a few strong to severe storms Monday night and Tuesday afternoon, as well as areas of heavy rainfall Monday night and Tuesday morning. By Tuesday night, a widespread 2 or more inches of rain is expected with pockets of 3 inches possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. $$
