830 NZUS99 KGJT 211035 SYNGJT For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather synopsis A storm moves in from the Southwest today with clouds and scattered showers developing over southeast Utah and southwest Colorado this morning. Clouds, showers and thunderstorms increase and spread northward this afternoon as the storm center reaches the Four Corners this afternoon. Higher elevations will see light snow, mainly above pass level. Showers, thunderstorms and high elevation snow continue tonight as the storm moves overhead en route to the eastern Colorado plains. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected with up to 6 inches in some areas above timberline. Mountain passes may see light accumulations leading to slushy conditions. Showers decrease Sunday, though isolated showers and thunderstorms linger into Sunday afternoon. Cooler temperatures arrive with this unsettled weather and highs today are expected to dip below normal with even cooler temperatures on Sunday.
