Areas of patchy fog have develop across the region overnight. A
few areas are seeing visibilities drop as low as one-quarter
mile. Otherwise mostly clear skies across the region with the
high cirrus shield from Hurricane Helene starting to move over
south eastern WI. As of 2am temperatures were ranging from the
middle 40s along the WI/UP border to the low 60s in the Fox
Valley.

A repeat of the last few days is expected today with morning fog
dissipating shortly after sunrise leaving mostly sunny skies the
remainder of the day. Northeast winds are expected to increase
this afternoon with gusts peaking around 20 mph along the
lakeshore. High temperatures this afternoon are forecast to reach
the upper 70s to low 80s at most locations, and a few degrees
cooler near Lake Michigan.

Fog is again expected to redevelop tonight, mainly across
northern WI. Lows tonight are forecast to drop into the upper 40s
to middle 50s.
