  Northwestern Yancey County in western North Carolina...

* Until 530 AM EDT.

* At 441 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 15 miles southwest of Erwin to 5 miles southwest of
  Marshall to 10 miles northwest of Waynesville, moving east at 35
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Downtown Asheville, Waynesville, Burnsville, Marshall, East
  Asheville, West Asheville, North Asheville, Woodfin, Canton, and
