Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening near and north of I-74. Severe weather is not expected at this time, but a few of these storms could produce gusty winds up to 50 mph. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Lingering flooding on the Illinois River is expected to subside by Thursday. Scattered thunderstorms are expected again on Saturday and Sunday.
