For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.80 inches, will move from northern
Illinoin into southern Lower Michigan tonight. Rain will
overspread the lakes in response to this low pressure system. The
low will weaken on Sunday, allowing high pressure of 30.00 inches
to expand across Lower Michigan by Monday and allowing tranquil
marine conditions. A warm front is forecast to lift into the
southern lakes on Tuesday, providing a chance for thunderstorms.
This warm front will be followed by a strong cold front on
Wednesday, sustaining the chance for thunderstorms.

10 knots after midnight. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to
15 knots late in the afternoon...then becoming east 5 to 10 knots
late in the evening. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the south
in the late evening and early morning. Showers likely. A chance
of thunderstorms until early evening...then a chance of showers
in the late evening and early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late evening and early morning.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming west 10 to
15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
