  Coastal waters from Port Fourchon Louisiana to Lower Atchafalaya
  River LA from 20 to 60 NM...
  Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to
  Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM...

At 747 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated gusty winds to around 30
knots. This boundary of gusty winds was located along a line
extending from near Isle Derniers to 25 nm east of Ship Shoal 295.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots and
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
activity passes. Winds are not associated with thunderstorms.
