.DISCUSSION...The marine layer is expected to be shallower
Tuesday into Wednesday as compared to today. As a result, there
is only a 10 percent chance of low clouds and fog reaching
the burn location on Wednesday morning. Otherwise, look for
a slight warming and drying trend. Winds will most likely be
from the northwest and gusty through much of the forecast
period, but there is a chance that wind directions could
briefly switch to south or southwest (mainly during the
afternoon/evening hours). The strongest northwest winds
are expected to be Tuesday night into early Wednesday
morning, when wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph can be expected,
strongest on ridgetops.
