This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the
Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and I-95 corridor through
central Maryland, northern Virginia, and District of Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A Coastal Flood Watch remains in effect for the shoreline in Anne
Arundel County Friday evening through Saturday morning. A Coastal
Flood Watch is in effect for Washington DC from late Friday night
through Saturday morning. Moderate coastal flooding is possible
at times Friday night into the weekend.

An isolated tornado is possible late Friday morning through early
evening, especially across extreme southern Maryland.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of eastern West
Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central and western
Maryland.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Flood Watch goes into effect late tonight for Augusta, Nelson,
Albemarle, Greene, Madison, and Rappahannock Counties. Heavy
rainfall could result in scattered instances of flash flooding,
especially in the higher terrain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A Flood Watch continues through Friday evening for Augusta,
Nelson, Albemarle, Greene, Madison, and Rappahannock Counties.
Heavy rainfall could result in scattered instances of flash
flooding, especially in the higher terrain.

An isolated tornado is possible late Friday morning through early
Friday evening, especially across central Virginia.

A Wind Advisory is in effect from Noon to 11 PM Friday for the
Blue Ridge Mountains as well as higher elevations of Augusta
County. East to southeast wind gusts around 50 mph are expected
for elevations above 2,500 feet.

counties in western Maryland, eastern West Virginia, and Highland
County Virginia.

A Flood Watch goes into effect late tonight for Highland County.
Heavy rainfall could result in scattered instances of flash
flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A Flood Watch continues through Friday evening for Highland
County. Heavy rainfall could result in scattered instances of
flash flooding.

A Wind Advisory is in effect from Noon to 11 PM Friday for much of
the Allegheny Front. East to southeast wind gusts around 50 mph
are expected for elevations above 2,500 feet as well as the
western slopes.
