...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN LEE AND SOUTHEASTERN
ST. FRANCIS COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM CDT...

At 1236 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Haynes, or near Palestine, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Forrest City, Marianna, Hughes, Palestine, Moro, Haynes, Brickeys,
Cody, Kokomo, Oak Forest, Westor, Mud Lake, Soudan, Peters, Council,
Heustess, North Hughes, Diamond Woods, Ball Point, and Whitehall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for eastern
Arkansas...and northwestern Mississippi.
