.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Gusty north
winds and steep seas will linger into this evening for areas
south of Cape Blanco. Winds and seas will lower Sunday into
Monday but conditions near advisory levels may remain for areas
south of Cape Blanco. Small craft northerlies increase across all
waters Thursday.
