.DISCUSSION...Light northwest winds this morning will become
northeast with the sea breeze passage by early to mid afternoon. During
the mid to late afternoon winds will increase from the northeast behind
the sea breeze to near 15 mph. There will be low chance for a shower
or thunderstorm today mainly between 11 am and 3 pm, before the sea
breeze bounday pushes farther inland. Light onshore winds are expected
late this evening and overnight with settling of smoke near the fire.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (20-30 percent). Chance of showers and
                    a slight chance of thunderstorms in the early to mid
                    afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent.
LAL.................No Tstms until 1100, then 1-8 strikes noon until 3
                    PM.
Max temperature.....Around 85.
Min humidity........63 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light northwest winds becoming northeast 5 to 10 mph
                    by mid day, then increasing to 12 to 15 mph in the
                    mid to late afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds
