hurricane before crossing the Big Bend coast of Florida this
evening. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the Florida
0-60 nm Gulf waters, the 20-60 nm portion of the Alabama waters,
and eastern Choctawhatchee Bay. A Small Craft Advisory is in
effect for the remainder of the area. Winds and seas subside on
