.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Helene, currently centered well inland
over Georgia, will track NW while transitioning into a
post-tropical cyclone today. All marine interests should closely
monitor the latest forecasts from the National Hurricane Center.
Otherwise, a cold front will move S into the northern waters
later today and tonight, then continue into the central waters
Sat while becoming nearly stationary. A broad area of low
pressure will develop along the North Carolina coast Sat night
into early Sun, then drift offshore late Sun through Mon night
while dragging a cold front through the far southern waters. The
low will remain nearly stationary across the northern waters Tue
and Tue night.
