.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Helene, currently centered well inland
over Georgia, will track NW while transitioning into a
post-tropical cyclone today. All marine interests should closely
monitor the latest forecasts from the National Hurricane Center. A
high pressure ridge will build across the outer portions later
today into tonight, persist through Mon, and then will shift S
of the waters Mon night. A weak cold front will move to the coast
later today and tonight, drift offshore Sat and Sat night, then
remain stationary just offshore or along the coast through Tue
night.
