New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered well SE
of the area will drift SE of the region today. A high pressure
ridge along the coast will gradually expand SE across the waters
today through Thu while weakening. Low pressure will develop over
the Gulf of Maine Thu night, then pass E of the waters Fri. The
low will move slowly E of the area Fri night through Sat night
while strengthening, and move well E of the waters Sun and Sun
night. High pressure will build across New England Fri night into
Sat and persist Sat night through Sun night.
