Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build into the waters from the W tonight. There will be a lingering surface trough along and near the coast tonight into Sat night. Weak high pressure will move into the region Sun into Sun night. Low pressure will move off the mid-Atlantic coast S of the area Mon and Mon night, then pass SE of the area Tue as high pressure builds across the region. The ridge will continue over the waters through Tue night before gradually shifting S and E of the area on Wed into Wed night.
