West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front extending E
across the central waters will lift N as a weak warm front
tonight, with the front passing N of the waters Mon. A cold front
will move E and approach the Mid-Atlantic coast late Mon into Mon
night, before passing E and SE over the region later Mon night
into Tue night while weakening. In association with the front,
widespread thunderstorms are expected to move offshore late Mon
and Mon night, and mariners should used caution for gusty winds
and rough seas in and near the heavier thunderstorms. Developing
low pressure will move off the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Wed,
and track NE across the northern portions Wed night into Thu
while a secondary cold front moves E and SE across the waters.
The front will shift E of the area Thu night. High pressure will
build slowly E to the coast Thu night through Fri night.
