.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strong low pressure
will move NE of the area today, while high pressure builds in
from the W today into tonight. The high will remain centered W of
the region Sat, then will slowly slide E over the waters into Mon
night. A strong trough along the Oregon coast will develop Mon
into Mon night. A cold front will move SE through the waters Tue
and Tue night.
