.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front moving
through the N waters this morning will dissipate later today.
Another cold front will move from N to S across the waters
tonight into Fri. A coastal trough will develop along the
California coast Sat and persist through Mon night. Strong high
pressure will build to the W and NW of the waters Sat then drift
NE over the OR/WA waters into Mon night.
