Highest accumulations were observed in Northern West Virginia with some values up to 0.50 inches around the I-80 corridor. Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours... Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.50 to 1.75 inches. Highest accumulation is expected over North/Central West Virginia. Majority of Western Pennsylvania is expected to see between 0.50 to 1.50 inches with lower accumulations closer to Lake Erie. Eastern Ohio is expected to observe 0.50 to 1.50 inches with high accumulations in Southeastern Ohio. River trends... Although higher amounts of precipitation are expected, majority of rivers are expected to remain steady. The Redbank Creek and Cheat River are expected to increase up to 1 foot in place over the next 3-4 days.
