Afternoon high temperatures will reach the 60s as minimum relative humidities drop to the 20s and 30s. Northwest winds at 25-35 mph with gusts to 45-50 mph (locally 60 mph just east of the Black Hills) will decrease to 15-25 mph late this afternoon.
