4 AM were in the 50s south and in the 40s north. Winds were light and
variable and will remain that way through the morning.

Afternoon highs will peak in the low to mid 70s with generally very
pleasant conditions. No rain is forecasted today and there will be
very few clouds in the sky.

Tonight and beyond:

Skies will remain mostly clear for tonight with lows around 50.
Clouds build in on Thursday ahead of rain that will arrive later that
night. Rain chances remain in the area through the weekend,
particularly on Friday and Sunday night. Rain chances continue into
early next week. Highs will rise back into the 80s by Saturday.
