.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire danger returns to locations west of the James River
tomorrow afternoon as southerly winds gusts up to around 30 mph.
High temperatures will warm to the 80s and perhaps up to around 90
degrees F across parts of central South Dakota. This will lower
RH values down to around 25-40%, lowest west of the James River.
Fuels remain on the greener side though so only moderate fire
danger is expected at this time.
