Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM... * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 631 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 7 nm southeast of Palm Coast, moving north at 20 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Beverly Beach, Marineland, Crescent Beach, and Palm Coast.
