.SYNOPSIS FOR PASCAGOULA TO ATCHAFALAYA RIVER OUT 60 NM...

Hurricane Helene will continue to bring impacts the eastern Gulf of
Mexico through the day Friday. Gradient winds and seas are increasing
across the local waters. Winds in the outer Gulf waters may
frequently gust to Gale Force and a Gale Warning remains in effect.
Small craft advisory conditions anticipated elsewhere with winds up
to 30kt and seas could be has high as 15 to 20 ft in the unprotected
outer Gulf waters. Pressure gradient weakens by Friday and conditions
gradually improve through the weekend.
