A cold front will move through the area this morning, with breezy northerly winds moving in behind it. This front will bring cooler and more moist conditions to the region hence fire weather concerns will be low today. Afternoon relative humidity values will range from the upper 40s across the Rolling Plains to 20-25 percent across the western South Plains. A few thunderstorms may also be possible late this morning into the afternoon across the southeastern Rolling Plains. Northerly winds will slowly diminish and become more easterly this afternoon with a return of light southerly winds overnight.
