.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will shift E of the region
today. Winds and seas will increase tonight through early Fri
ahead of Hurricane Helene moving into the Southeast U.S. All
marine interests should closely monitor the latest forecasts from
the National Hurricane Center. Another ridge will build across
the area late Fri into Fri night, persist through Mon, and then
will shift S of the waters Mon night. A weak cold front will move
S across the area Tue and Tue night.
