Nine is expected to move slowly NW tonight and gradually become better organized, reaching near 19N 83W tonight as a Tropical Storm, continue to steadily intensify and reach near 19.9N 84.2W Tue afternoon, near 23N 86W as a hurricane Wed afternoon, near 28.9N 84.5W Thu afternoon as a major hurricane, and then inland Thu night. Nine is expected to become a large and powerful hurricane. Widespread showers and thunderstorms will shift into the SE Gulf Tue through Wed as Nine moves northward into the eastern Gulf. ...HURRICANE WARNING... .TONIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt.
