Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered well SE of the area will drift SE of the region tonight into Wed. A high pressure ridge along the coast will gradually expand SE across the waters tonight through Thu while weakening. Low pressure will develop over the Gulf of Maine Thu night, then pass E of the waters Fri. The low will then move slowly SE of the area Fri night through Sat night while strengthening, and move well E of the waters Sun and Sun night.
