...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern
Comanche, Jackson, south central Kiowa, Tillman, northwestern
Wichita, Foard, northern Knox, Wilbarger, northwestern Baylor and
southern Hardeman Counties through 1130 PM CDT...

At 1043 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 5 miles east of Friendship to near Chillicothe
to 13 miles northwest of Truscott. Movement was east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Altus, Vernon, Frederick, Quanah, Crowell, Cache, Snyder, Tipton,
Blair, Chillicothe, Olustee, Mountain Park, Medicine Park, Indiahoma,
Davidson, Manitou, Martha, Elmer, Headrick, and Hollister.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
